− Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the payment solutions industry is preferred.
− Technical Skills: Proven experience in software development & managing complex IT projects. Knowledge of IT infrastructure & cybersecurity would be a plus.
− Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
− Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and drive innovation.
− Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
− Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and navigate through challenges effectively.
− Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, regional and global counterparts (e.g. Global Technology teams for Infrastructure, Security, Data Architecture & eQ Global App team), and external vendors
